It requires documented installation experience, manufacturer training, and ongoing qualification reviews. IKO produces some of the best asphalt shingles on the market, with strong wind ratings, long warranties, and excellent weathering performance. Most of our architectural shingle and luxury shingle installations use IKO products, and the certification lets us offer enhanced warranty coverage that non-certified contractors cannot.
Owens Corning is our secondary shingle brand, and we are an Owens Corning Preferred Installer. Owens Corning is one of the most recognized names in residential roofing, with a product line that covers everything from entry-level 3-tab shingles to premium designer shingles. Preferred Installer status means we have met Owens Corning’s training and installation quality standards, and we are authorized to install their products with the full warranty coverage their program offers.
